Haha, yeah. I mean it doesn't help that I'm prone to overheating on even a normal day, but I never realised how warm the sets can be! I ended up buying a little clip-up mod for my Quest 2 that adds a tiny spacer, and lets you slot a little fan to the top to circulate air (to stop the lens fogging up).
The amount of little mods and extras to make VR comfortable was surprising.
Nobody warned me you need AC to play VR either D:
