Did you get this in the Humble 2k Bundle 2? If so, there're reports that the key is actually for the Director's Cut edition, so the winner would be marked as having unactivated wins for the DLCs. You should get in contact with him/her, and ask their permission to submit a "change giveaway game" support ticket. Also, it can't be activated in Germany and Japan, so make sure the winner isn't from one of those countries.
