Yes, please. Maybe they can help you better than me, since for 8 years on steamgifts i never had an issue with winning something that i didn't entered.

Support was kind enough to not reply/assist even after making several tickets at different times, the issue was not about winning something that I didn't enter the issue was simply a giveaway being shown as unknown in my library and yet me winning the useless(for me) DLC which I already own was a waste of time and efforts and even monetary value if that free dlc cost you something in first place, I was eventually left in a state to get a suspension for not activating the keys but I spend hours and hours even days to find out the solution to my problems and I successfully stole the dlc from someone who really deserved and needed it all for nothing but to add a +1 to my "steamgift" wins.
