Thanks. I won the game and activated the key.
The problem is: the key does not activate the DLC listed in this giveaway. Steam store shows that I still do not own this DLC, and the other DLCs for the same game were acquired more than year ago.
According to the key activation history it is: "1 Nov, 2018 Complimentary reviewer package Retail"
So I am not sure what this key really was. And I can't mark it as "received" as it is against the website rules.
Any ideas?

The key is from the arcane dev mega pack so normally you need to have this dlc + all of the other dlc of arcane preraise, taise etc..

I found out what happened.
The game this DLC is for is "Arcane Re-Raise", and "Arcane Pre-Raise", but not "Arcane Raise".
Can you please open the support ticket to change the game title?
I will mark the key as received once the title matches the game.
