I just wanted to inform you that the website seems to be bugged for me while reverting changes to region restriction idk why because I never had this issue earlier with my account in the past year or so when I did the giveaways. Sorry for the inconvenience caused and i will be extremely careful with it next time and keep moderators posted if this problem seems to exist again.
apparently when i glide over to the menu where the option of region restricted exists the pointer for some reason doesnt hover over the region restricted but rather on not restricted even when i tried it several times.

That's strange. Do you have an ad blocker enabled? Sometimes they can cause things on sites not to load properly.
