I don't like being "that" guy, telling you that the guidelines says you shouldn't, but after me not entering the giveaway for a game I really liked (just for the DLC) a couple days back has made me salty D:<

Its not against the guidelines though.
"Try to refrain from entering giveaways for packs if you already own the majority of the games contained within. The giveaway creator may request a new winner if you own a high percentage of the packaged games."
The giveaway creator decides if he wants to re-roll the winner and guys who enter for just the DLCs aren't breaking any rules.
Anyway I came here to comment that I have the game and all DLCs and I can enter the giveaway so check the winner!!
