8th and last Payday 2 DLC Giveaway! Thank you guys, giving away these was really a lot of fun! 2 little things I wanna add because Steamgifts can't see if someone already owns DLC:

Don't enter if you already own the DLC, even if you say that you're entering for a friend. It makes it fair for everyone.
I'll be adding you as a friend on Steam if you win the giveaway to check if you've paid attention to rule #1, so keep an eye open if you win!

How do I do that? Been looking for a way, but so far the only way I've been able to confirm is the window that appears when I want to gift someone a game or DLC directly through Steam. Most DLC don't show up in user's libraries unfortunately.

you will find more than what you need there.for example check if someone won a gift but didn't activate it.I hope that works for DLCs too
