You see, it does not work that way. Do not create a giveaway not everybody can participate in. If somebody who can't redeem it gets the gift it is YOUR problem, not his, YOUR fault, not his. Good luck to you.

nah its not, i've done few regional giveaways w/o any problem, winners got their gift, win-win situation
