dude you sure about that? like, I don't think Germany ever gets that hot... If you really have 45C inside you should really think about some cooling solutions, that's actually really dangerous...

I live in the hottest area of germany. Till a few years ago was this great, warm spring weather in Feb. and if wanted 20 min. driving with the car into snow.
I am not the landlord and can't do much besides talking with them and the last responses were that they done all the calculations and approved other stuff (not from me, they own more as only one house) for next year and all available money are spend for this and next year. So, with luck, it can be done something in my case in 2 years. Till now it isn't safe that something will be done but i have hopes to get a ok in the next 6 months (it isn't in a hurry because they anway don't do something of the work till in 2 years)
