Key bought in ROW zone, but the country regions seem tricky. Make sure you check this post before entering to avoid problems when activating it.

Just noticed that it could also be that privacy settings for 'Game details' is set as private in your profile. There was a change not long ago in Steam and that setting is now set as private as default. Anyway, I sent friend request to clarify it.
