While it's easiest for us if you just link to whichever sub your game falls under (or to quote the region restrictions from such directly into your GA description), listing your own region is going to be the minimum neccessary information we'd need from you, if you want us to feasibly be able to check our validity for entry.
Without your region being listed in the description or within your steam profile, our only remaining option is to cross check your entire region restriction list against the couple dozen steamdb subs for the game, and then hope that we can find just a single matching result out of that list. Even among the minority of users who are inherently obliging and respectful to GA creator wishes, you're probably not going to find too many able or willing to put in that much effort. :S

The problem is I am not sure myself what exactly the region restrictions are. At the store page there wasn't any mention about region blocking. The previous winner (from Korea) told that he wasn't able to activate that key. I didn't notice I don't have set country on my profile. Thank you, I've just updated it :)

Ideally, the store page will list the restrictions for you, when you obtain the key. If you're gifting it directly from Steam, or from a site that didn't clarify restrictions, I think the only way to work it out is by cross-referencing the subs manually. :X
