In response to those who sent me hate mail on my setup of the +1 contributor level. If your not one, ignore the following:

My reason for putting the level at +1 instead of just having a No level required is a simple one. My reason is that I think that on SOME level, people should have contributed something to the steam community instead of actually just being able to win something so large, without giving in return. Mainly i'm attempting to encourage "giving" without "getting". You give to the community, they give back jargon etc even if its just a simple little DLC, that's still giving on some level. Thank you
