You are leading people to believe that if the key comes back as activated that they are automatically agreeing to delete it, which is absolutely false. The winner doesn't agree to anything and can choose to mark it as not received. You custom rules do not superceed the rules of SG.

perhaps their right, but I have the right to write so that people would understand whether it is worth going to such a distribution, it seems to me that I do not break the rules and do not force anyone, it would just be easier to solve the problem with more adequate participants

You're purposely misleading people. For someone who entered the giveaway and not that familiar with the rules they may believe they have no choice and have to delete the giveaway.

I agree with you on the one hand, but on the other hand, if the key is really compromised, and I got it without paying, then it has a better chance of being used, but I don't want to turn out to be a fraud for the winner when trying to use the key, and I wouldn't like to have a die about an incomplete hand, too understand me, and sometimes I can't buy a key for a huge amount (

So I'm not allowed to write this? and then how can I better identify my side in this direction in order to please you? or can I still use it, given that the participants will have a choice anyway?

There are groups to do this, like https://www.steamgifts.com/group/OZCha/dgikinw and the Lootboy group but couldn't find it right now.
