Happens when the package is misconfigured on Steam by the publisher. Once the giveaway ends, you can have the winner leave a comment confirming the version they received, and then put in a Change Giveaway Game ticket linking to that comment, and staff will update the giveaway to the appropriate version for you. :)

Yeah i had the same shit with ori and the blind forest and because they stop selling that version of the game i have 0 points for doing a 20$ giveaway item.

That's a bit of a different circumstance. That one can actually usually be attributed to SG staff not configuring the older game's SG status properly, and they've slowly fixed those issues over time. May wanna put in a ticket to let them know that one is still an issue- they've fixed a lot of those games (including the 4 or so different games I hadn't been getting credit for over the years) since the new staff got added on, so it may be that they just aren't aware that that one is still needing to be fixed.
As I recall, the only times SG should be reporting $0 value is if the game is in preorder/just released that day, or if the game is no longer available for purchase (but the store page is still up). For any other circumstances (such as combined game versions), staff presumably should be notified.
