Please don't worry. Theese are legal on SteamGifts. It's not a beta version, it's a full game. The chance that the publisher revokes the key is very low.

Yes, absolutely. I activated the key in the brouser, so I've got a confirmation message via email. It says "Mundus - Impossible Universe for Beta Testing". The same title is in my license history. And Steam Store shows me "Mundus - Impossible Universe" as owned and "Mundus - Impossible Universe 2" as not owned.

Steamdb shows both games as not owned since they both have "profile features limited". Yet playtime is visible for all users (I visited my Steam profile page as anonymous). I'm currently playing "Mundus - Impossible Universe".
