It was GTA V for PC. Batman looks cool too but I won't be able to play it until I upgrade at some unknown future point.

I don't really know - I don't like to spend much on a game (I never buy below 50% off, mostly bundles and games under 10€) so I have kind of a 2-year-timeshift :) But if I'm allowed to be excited about games will be "purchaseable" for me this year: Shovel Knight, Titan Souls, RIOT, and so on, and so on. If there will be a decent discount on Pillars of Eternity, maybe I'll buy it from wallet. Maybe :)

As far as games are concerned, I do not plan on buying games beforehand, so I am mostly surprised by what is suddenly available.
Although, as one exception, I preordered Whitcher III, despite never been playing but owning Witcher I and II as well.
