I was one of the winners, and when I try to redeem the gift, I get:
"An error was encountered while processing your request:
This gift has already been redeemed."
It might be because you gifted the game from the same slot to 2 different people and so whoever redeemed it first got it.

I have tried to send the gift to you several times, but I don't know what is wrong. There might be something with my account, and I have already submitted a ticket to Steam. About the gifts, I bought the gifts after the giveaway had ended, and I bought them and sent them as a gift one by one, so there is no such a thing like what you said. After I sent your gift, I found it in my inventory for an unknown reason. I sent it right away to you after that. It must be something wrong with my account, and I hope it will be solved soon ;)
