I'm still trying to adjust my karma after playing a lot of games on "non-Steam" in the past. I owe the gaming community big time, so here's a game I already own and love.

What's to say? By common consent, the best city-building sim out there. I've only played the base game, but you could sink many more hours and pounds/dollars/insert your currency here on DLC, of which there is a metric sh*t-ton. Or tonne, if you're in Europe.
