Erm... where to start?

You wholesale copied Alone in the Dark (the original from decades ago), which includes the frog at the start, the style, the two main characters, the angles, the enemies, the sound effects (were those copied directly?)... I'm still gonna play it if I get a copy, because this is hilariously brazen and I'd like to see if anything is actually different.
