Note, I have this and the base game, but it says I'm missing the base game. And seeing there's zero entries so far my guess is that every SG user gets this message. Some DLCs on SG have this issue, so it wouldn't be the first one...
Confirmed, I'm getting that message too.
Yes. I have the base game, it was free some time. I don't have the DLC. SG says I am missing the base game and I can't enter.

Yeah, same. The game is in my library, but according to the Steam store, I don't own it.

The same here. This is a SG bug. If you look in the archive there're a lot of GAs and all of them - made in 2015 and later - have zero entries
