In my experience with this dev, while the Hike series more or less all function as they're supposed to, the Lost Dream series is exceptionally janky. The use of third person so you can see your cute little fox avatar isn't something the dev has sorted out and in addition to the extreme control jank, the camera definitely will end up under the map here and there. It is not really Steam Deck or Gamepad compatible in my experience. Finally, it also lacks any real direction. I've never actually finished one of this devs Fox games.

But...it is pretty and super casual. You might enjoy it. It's a romp through an asset mountainous forest, and visually it is pleasing. And of course, it's designed to be a guaranteed 100% achievement game. You get one for starting the game and one for finishing it.
