It's generally unwise to argue about semantics when a language in question is foreign to you, and I may be completely wrong, but I think you're mixing up being alone with being lonely. While the former can be positive indeed, the latter assumes a psychologically painful state (a degree may strongly vary, obviously). And it doesn't even require a person to be literally alone - it's a feeling, not a physical state.

i wasnt arguing about semantics, in truth i believe what i said (being alone is also really important) but is more of a thing about valuing what you have i think, if you have never felf lonely, i think you wont treasure friendship or companionship the same way as someone who has, of course i am not talking extremes here, if you have the fortune to not feel lonely ever, thats great butt i think i treasure my relationships more having felt lonely.
still it may look like i am wishing something bad to people and that is not what i want, atleast for me, being lonely is a big part of appreciating relationships. perhaps my mistake was saying "we" instead of "i"

That's true....in a way. The problem is there is people who can't overcome it. We can get stronger after going through many hardships, but sometimes we aren't the same anymore, sometimes something dies inside of you, sometimes the wound doesn't heal no matter how much time passes.
Yes, it can be a good experience but it isn't so easy for everybody, and depends highly on the circumstances of the each one.

What the other person is saying is that they're the one arguing about semantics, not you.

ah i misunderstood, that reinforces the notion that you shouldnt argue semantics when the language in question isnt your own i guess

Thank you so very much! Had traded for this game a couple of months ago and the trader revoked it. Glad I could win it here :)
