Edit: Mine is Darksiders. I prefer the first one, Darksiders II wasn't what I expected, but hey, it's also a nice game.
Knights of the Old Republic II, cause it's one of the best RPGs set on one of the best Sci-Fi movies of all time.

I'd have to pick Path of Exile as my favorite game of all time. I don't necessarily like the direction the devs have taken it of late, but it's still a great game and probably will be for a long time.

I don't think I've ever been able to pick my favorite game of all time, it is just too hard to compare some. That said, some of the best games I've played include Halo, Witcher (first one), Mass Effect saga, Warcraft 3, Warhammer 40k Dawn of War and many others that I can't remember right now.
