1) My giveaway ended december 19th, at that time you had a gift won but not activated in your account:

I created a ticket asking for a new winner since you had 9 days to activate that previous win.
2) Yesterday I noticed you put my giveaway to status"not recieved" I do not like the fact that you did that so I rechecked again if you somehow fixed your issue and activated that first and I could cancel the ticket and just sent you the gift.
3) I updated the ticket since you now have the game in your library but you won it twice...

To point 1) You could have just asked if i had forgotten to activate that key instead of opening up a ticket
to 2) You NEVER even send a note WHY you didn't send the gift, so i just assumed you forgot it
to 3) It seems that i just overlooked this game and i will try to sort out which one of the 2 keys i actvated and fix this by asking for a reroll for the specific giveaway
I do not think it's up to me pointing out you need too activate your wins especially since it was 9 days. It's also not up to me telling you not to enter giveaways you previously won or already have in your Steam library, that's in faq.
If you didn't know that you previously won the game it's pretty clear the first one is the unused key. So you don't even need to sort it out as you stated.
Don't think of me as insulting you, just trying to explain why I created a ticket for re-roll. Nothing personal, but if you thought I'd forget about sending it to you, look at the probably over 100 keys out after this gib. Total of 900+ Gifts sent and 0 not received except yours.

I had the case once that one gifter really forgot to send the key and i hoped for your attention or at least a(n) explanation/reply why you didn't send it by marking it as not recieved. (Which i got now, thx for the detailed explanation btw)
my mistake in this whole thing was not doublechecking if i really activated everything. (Shit happens^^)
And yes you are not obligated to point out my mistake, but it would have been a nice move instead of instantly creating a ticket and saying nothing.
