I love almost all pizza toppings, but I think my top three are: Pepperonis, mushrooms, onions. Honorable mention goes to meatballs.
Meatballs are an interesting one. It really depends on the specific meatballs, but really good ones are the best topping ever!
Yeah, I had to give them a nod because when they're good they're -great-. I just wish that the average pizza place used higher-quality ones.

That's an, uh, interesting choice. I've never heard of tuna on a pizza, but I guess to each his own?

Just about anything except Insects and Pizza Hawaii :P That's the great thing about pizza, since it originated as a cheap peasant food it is extremely versatile with toppings while still being tasty :D Bum ingenuity FTW!
