Actually, I wanted to write you anyway, this is a really funny coincidence - you have commented on one of my GAs here on this train that I should check the winner because people who alreaedy owned part of it could still enter. Turns out that the winner actually does own one part (Grand Ages: Rome), now I'm hesitant about whether I should request a reroll or not. To be fair, I haven't put in the description that people who owned part of it should not enter, but it still feels weird to me to give away both games even though the "extension" can be bought separately. I have tried to find some official rule on SG, but apart from what's in the Guidelines, I couldn't find anything. Sorry to burden you with this, and please don't feel like you have to reply to this, but I thought you might have more experience in this than me. In any case, thank you again for this giveaway!

As far as I know it's gifters rules, so as long as you can provide proof the winner owns part of the package (screenshot will do) a re-roll is valid. Or you can give it, up to you.
