Most in-game servers are hosted in EU/NA. If you're not from one of those regions you'll have terrible ping in multiplayer. That's also the reason why the steam group is for EU/NA players only.
I could give it directly but as you said yourself I don't get CV for that and through this way I'm also bringing this game back on people's radar.
The requirements I listed aren't valid reasons for a reroll. I can't stop you from joining if you don't meet them. That's why I'm asking people to be decent and only join if they do.

BC2 was a great game. About 1 year ago i re-installed and tried it again but noone was playing Vietnam so i re-uninstall. My last play time was probably at 2012. I missed it so much. :(

We don't have our own server yet but probably will in the future. There still are a few vietnam servers populated and our steam group will have vietnam events as well from time to time. Nothing is stopping you from adding other members that are interested and play Vietnam on non event occasions ;)

If i buy this game i need another program for using (like uplay or origin etc?)
i saw 2k current player on steam charts, but some ppl on reviews said "no ones plays, servers are empty" so hows servers situation?
