if you have stacking games from package, extra ones will go to your inventory, and if you giveaway that game to another gamer; then there is no problem for me :)
perhaps also giving it back to me would be very kind behaviour, which i can create another giveaway. but i cant force it to our winner :)

Just to clarify, you don't get extra copies in this pack. All the items ( games + DLC ) that you don't have are added to your Library and the rest you already have are lost. There are very few exceptions, but mostly only for packs with games from Valve.

I can confirm that this is false. I added the pack to my cart, and before checkout I was prompted with a very clear warning:
† Note: You already own the following items in "Saints Row Ultimate Franchise Pack". You will not receive extra copies of these items when you complete this purchase:

Try adding the pack to your cart. Before checkout, you'll see a message telling you that you will NOT receive duplicate copies in your inventory. When I did it, this is the message I received:
