SOLUTION:

Inspect the description element (right click > Inspect) to find a hidden eight character code for an 'It's Too Hard!' puzzle. Solve the 'It's Too Hard! puzzle (the answer to the puzzle is 99, based on a quote from Albert Einstein) to get the giveaway URL.
