I was afraid of that. The same thing happened with another giveaway I did. These keys are old from Fanatical. I didn't view them since I already owned the game. I had to contact support to get the keys since a bug in their new system makes it so you can't reveal keys from older giveaways. The other giveaway I did around the same time I contacted support again and they gave another key. I'm waiting to see if that one works. I'm not sure what I can do if the keys they gave me aren't working.
