I don't really have the favorite, I usually eat small amount of everything on the Christmas table: ham, peas, potatoes, all casseroles, rosolli salad etc. And not forgetting the drinks! (red wine, glogg, kvass, water...) The secret in good Christmas food is couple of things: good company and enjoying everything (you like) in moderation ^^
