You're on Steamgifts for over a decade so I assume your that you should be quite familiar with the rules. If not, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our FAQ and Guidelines. There you find information about when a giveaway has to be marked as received or not received.
These reasons for feedback mentioned there are the only ones that matter - not whatever a giveaway creator might ask for. It's important that feedback is given correctly.
With "Received" feedback the creator would now incorrectly have received CV twice for only one delivered gift.
