You've got an habit of not always contacting giveaway creators if there seems to be something wrong with a key or gift. I would like to urge you to try to contact the giveaway creator in those cases so (s)he knows about possible problems and you can try to work things out.

Hello, maybe you didn't find my history but every other time that there was a problem with the gift I tried to contact the giveaway creator, by email, steam or the ticket system.

There's not much that I can do if the creator simply posts an invalid key and don't respond messages.

Anyway, I'll try to work things out the next time and respond in the giveaway chat so you guys can see the history of the messages.

hey Snow,

maybe you use other means to contact the giveaway creator, but I would like to urge you to contact the giveaway creator by commenting on the problematic giveaway itself. That way support (and giveaway creator) can easily find all correspondence.

I'm referring to https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/7thzp/reigns or https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/nOZqc/ark-survival-evolved for example where no conversation can be found.

I created a ticket in the support section because I couldn't contact the creator of the giveaway.

But from now on I'll try to contact them using the giveaway chat so that it's easier to be found.
