Thanks for the giveaway, and good luck with ProBoon! It looks like a pretty close clone of DOOM, except (it seems) you can look up and down, which I like. I've played and beaten and I currently own every one of the "original" DOOM games (The Ultimate DOOM, DOOM II: Hell on Earth, and Final DOOM) and I'd be interested in checking out ProBoon.
While I do love good games that bring back memories, I suggest you add at least one or two new powerups or twists on DOOM's gameplay mechanics. Obviously, I suggest you make it truly 3D, so you can go under a bridge you can cross, but add a couple of things to the game. Maybe add some type of temporary damage boost for your weapons, like the U Damage in Unreal Tournament or the Quad Damage from Quake.
Keep the price point in mind. I would love to purchase it if it's relatively bug-free and gets good reviews, but at a reasonable price point. No offense, but I wouldn't want to pay $20-30 for an old-school FPS like that when I can buy so many modern games with a ton more gameplay for that much. :)

Some powerups will have some twists but the game won't include any damage boosters.
And it will have true 3D structures but not much verticality and probably no underwater zones.
The reason is that it breaks the game flow. I reserve this for future projects.
The price will go up as I add content and features, I really want to reward those who put their trust in the beginning, and yeah I know I can't ask AAA money for something like this :)

If it gets decent reviews and just costs a few bucks, I'll 100% pick it up. It's worth a few dollars just for the nostalgia and being able to play it on Steam. I buy almost no games that aren't on Steam.

I'll release some demos too so you will be able to try it.
