hehe i've been lurking a lot lately, a combination of new job + xmas holidays / shopping has just kept me quite busy :P I'm hoping that once xmas period is over i should have a bit more time again :D

Whew this last week has been hectic :P Hope you had good holidays :)

It's nothing interesting really, i'm a contractor working for a bank, I investigate complaints from customers in regards to potential mis-sold insurance products (because that's a big thing here) and prevent fraud complaints. Not world-changing or overly interesting but hey :D
