Well, Pixel Puzzles Ultimate (the base game) is free, so it'd only make sense that it would :P

i dont think Pixel Puzzles Ultimate - Puzzle Pack: PP2 Space DLC is the same as free Pixel Puzzles 2: Space

The funny thing is that while it isn't, technically it is. Pixel Puzzles Ultimate is very generous when it comes to detecting older Pixel Puzzles game on accounts.

well, ok, if it doesn't break any rules)

It does break the no-freebie-games-allowed rule, but unless some support member sees it, he won't get caught because it is impossible to check.
The thing with PPU DLCs is that all older Pixel Puzzles games were converted into PPU DLCs and added for free to the owners. So, this is the technically part: the winner who activates the Pixel Puzzles 2: Space key the gifter will send after this one will get the game, and automatically get the Pixel Puzzles Ultimate DLC equivalent, which is the DLC named in this giveaway. So, the winner will get this DLC, but not because the gifter will send it but because PPU is really generous of giving it automatically.
I hope it is understandable. :)
