if it is something that contains dlc steamgifts is unable to see if people own it so people will be able to enter if they own everything in it as a result

As sassdrake mentioned below, your giveaway is for the REV 2 game, which probably is a sequel to mine. I checked through steamdb and saw a blue marking (wishlisted), confused it with the green marking (owned). I don't own this game nor its base game, I own it's prequel. 🤦‍♂️
