While I don't have a single favorite, Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here would be on my desert island discs. While it may seem sacrilegious to some to link to a cover instead of the original, given how personal a song it was to the band, I love the rich, sonorous notes of the cello on Rasputina's rendition and fewer people would have heard it, so here it is.
