Just came across your topic in the discussion forum. That's a crap situation you're in. Hopefully you're not getting too much flak from people over it.
Personally I have no problem with you deleting this giveaway if that helps in any tiny way, though from what I understand you'll still lose your giveaway slot if you delete it. I'll leave it up to you and I won't mark it not received yet until I hear from you.
