Not the well known one. It is a removed game with the same name. Suspect from the other games in this bundle that it will be trashy and some form of platformer. Maybe someone has a youtube video of game play. I tried to find the game hub to see if there were screenshots of the game. Failed at that. The bundle notes on SG indicate that this game was going to be released on 23 March 18. Entirely possible that the game got banned before it was released.
I do have a game that is similar, got the key and it just does not activate. The game was pulled entirely from steam
