I'm here to request the key for Stealth Inc 2: A Game of Clones but I don't have it wishlisted, I checked its store page and it looks fine and I would surely play it.
I understand though if the wishlist rule is essential to prevent random game hoarders.
Nah, that is borderline impossible. The code was in a format no bot could activate it, and only the giveaway creators see responses. The chances for someone to randomly open a GA page that has more than 10,000 others in front of it in the general queue is slimmer than winning the lottery twice in a row.
