Well, same here, if you are not happy with the rule of "NOT SEND EXPLOITED KEYS" then, leave this website and stop spamming keys. You are creating accounts at the THQ site, and that is exploiting the service.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that giving away the key if you are from germany is wrong, but other people aren't from germany, and steamgifts have this rule for this, avoid people generating points for free and exploiting the system.
