It seems it's not for all,- there are some DLC which may be marked here as "already in library" or smth like that, so you can't enter the GA... :) I still hope SteamGifts will be able to fix that a little bit more one day.
There must be very few that are like that. If I go to Steamgifts.com without being logged in and copy the url for every DLC giveaway that I find to my logged in account, I am able to enter every one of them.
Thanks for the giveaway Smectik! I backed this game on Kickstarter and played briefly while it was in Early Access, but I haven't come back and I didn't even know there was any DLC.
If I win this giveaway, that will be my sign to give the game a proper playthrough!
