I own the base game and have for a while, yet its telling me I can't enter this giveaway because I don't own the base game...

I was told by support that the base game is not showing up in my games list. I looked and its true, it shows the 2 classic ones and the first HD one but not the second. So I'm installing it to see if that makes a difference.

If not I will message support again.

EDIT

Nope installing the game did not work.
