Hi WolfyCyber, I know you're an old member but since you are fairly new to giving games away I thought I might make you aware of a small flaw SteamGifts has ... well actually the Steam API has.

Any giveaway that involves DLC content can actually be entered by anyone, even those that already own everything, this is because the Steam API doesn't really record ownership of the DLC, so SteamGifts is told "you don't own this".

As such it is recommended for you to check the winner to make sure they don't own everything before sending the key.

Also, this part is up to you, but people who enter giveaways that involve DLC, like a complete package (like this giveaway), usually like to know if they can enter for the DLC only (eg they have the base game but are missing some/all of the DLC). These people can easily enter the giveaway but it is up the giveaway creator to specify if they want someone who doesn't own anything to enter or whether entering for the DLC only is okay.
