If a winner hasn't a clean record, you should click on "Request New Winner".
Edit: I suspended two winners. The suspension for the other one has already been served.
You should reroll only the suspended ones.

I wonder if there is any way to know if someone already got suspended / punished for certain violations.
I guess asking support is the only one.
I really don't like to punish someone twice for the same thing. That's why I don't want to reroll if someone has one or two multiple / unactivated wins but already has been suspended for those.

Do not worry. If someone did not activate wins and has not been suspended for it yet, we apply the necessary suspension and then proceed with the reroll. If someone did not activate wins but has already been suspended for it, we check if this happened during the past month. If yes, we approve the reroll. If it happened a long time ago, we decide that this user has already served their time and decline the reroll.
