Summer Games Done Quick 2016 Awareness Thread [EVENT LIVE!] [MORE GIBS ONCE EVENT STARTS!]

It's about time for another fun week dedicated for speedrunning and charity!

Summer Games Done Quick 2016 will be live starting July 3 and will be streaming non-stop until July 9.

For those who do not know what the GDQ events are, here is a summary to it (copied from their homepage):

Games Done Quick is a series of charity video game marathons. These events feature high-level play by speedrunners raising money for charity. Games Done Quick has teamed up with several charities in its six-year history, such as Doctors Without Borders and the Prevent Cancer Foundation.

Also, as my contribution to help and spread information about the great things that the speedrunning community has brought, I'd like to extend* my efforts also by making a GIVEAWAY HYPE TRAIN with 100+ giveaways!** :)

The giveaway train will be open for all levels (rule breakers, however, will be prohibited from entering the giveaways. The checking will be done using the SGTools site) and will end exactly 30 minutes before the SGDQ event starts.
