Sgtools gives a differ cv value while checking requirents for a GA then when I ask for it directly

Yes, I had the same problem :). Couldn't enter GA with Level 4 limitation. Maybe we should just wait a little longer.

It would seem like SGtools don't update things instantly, but does it at some set interval (Archi had recommended once a day, if my memory serves, but I don't know if that is how it's implemented)

Yeah, wait longer. I just checked and I can enter this GA now, so it's a matter of time :)

SGTools giveaway requirements updates roughly once a day for every user. You can contact the developer for a manual update if you are in a hurry. Otherwise waiting a day or two will definitely fix the issue. You cannot force a sync otherwise.

As people already told you, SGtools server has all the data cached, so you have to wait until the next time it refreshes it.
