Humble Indie Bundle 8 or Humble Weekly Sale?

Both are a ton of awesome, buy both!

i'd get TWD, you'll probably find Hotline Miami cheap later. consider TWD is 25€ now on steam, Hotline Miami is 8,50€, so if both are discounted 75% in the next sale, TWD will still cost over 6€, while Hotline Miami will be slightly more than 2€

Weekly because Hotline miami is cheaper on sales and you can buy that one later (but i should buy the 1$ humble bundle 8 also :P)

Weekly as a whole is better IMHO, but Thomas Was Alone is to me the redeeming factor for 8. I love that game

I would say the Walking Dead bundle. You get more content and also a better story.

Both of these bundles are excellent, but if you're going to beat the average, definitely go for the weekly.

Both, if I had to choose one. I'd go with HiB 8. HiB 8 (below average) + weekly (BTA) = best.

• The reason I would choose HiB 8 is 1: Thomas Was Alone is one of the greatest games I've ever played 2: all the other games are really worth having. Hotline Miami is EXTREMLY GREAT in it's genre, but sure it might go on sale for less...

like few of the ppl here (because most said both; not really helping), i would go for HiB8 at $1, and weekly BTA. There's higher chance to get hotline miami than TWD anywhere else. Hotline always got to $5 as far as i can see and can go cheaper while TWD never reached that price yet. get all this for $5 :)

While they are both great games, why are you forgetting Proteus? That's a $20 game, and it's definitely worth buying the BTA for. I would say get HiB 8. After all, even if you see Proteus on sale for 75% off ($5), you'd still be paying for Hotline Miami, which would be a total of $7.50 versus the $5.70 you need to pay for BTA on HiB 8. Plus, bonuses would be free, so you'd save even MORE money!

I dunno. The games made by Telltale have never really interested me. Except Sam and Max. I've always wanted to play Sam and Max <3

I'd say go for the weekly and do non-BTA on 8. From what I saw in the post on 8 you have a month to increase payment and still get the BTA games. Weekly has a low BTA right now so you can likely afford it and a buck for 8. The non-BTA games in 8 are pretty good as well.

Add a debit or credit card to Paypal and/or Google wallet and buy both, you cheap some of a beach. It costs more for a sandwich.

well, the better non-bta is HIB 8 and the better BTA is weekly. So buy weekly BTA and HIB 8 non Bta- should be possible if you are able to afford HIB 8 BTA
