I'm mostly being bitter about the quality of their release of Diadra Empty, which has multiple issues that weren't present in the earlier versions, and their silence about it makes it look like they just abandoned it.
I only played AoS a bit in SP, so I didn't see too many issues, but I heard that one mostly has problems with poor network code that RA also refuses to fix. One thing I can confirm is that some achievements are broken.
I remember Gundemonium series and BMD releases to be good, but apparently the person responsible for those left the company afterwards.

I probably know the reason for no Monday bundle- it is usually reward for best Blockstorm players (so I finally can give away games hire!). But last week becouse of the new year date trouble it was hard to say who deserve prize (no leaderboards). I had nothing that time however they just give me m bundle 93 today. But it is only a speculation

I'd definitely recommend it to anyone interested in Bullet Hell games. Gundemonium Recollection, GundeadliGne and Hitogata Happa (aka, the Gundemonium Collection) are really good games and while I haven't played the SUGURI games yet I have no doubt that they are good too. ;)
